1. Introduction
Welcome to Metro Rail. By using this website, mobile application, or any other service provided by Metro Rail, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of all Metro Rail services, including purchasing tickets, checking schedules, and using our trains.
2. Ticketing and Reservations
Tickets must be purchased prior to boarding a Metro Rail train unless otherwise stated.
All fares are subject to change without notice.
Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the individual named or encoded on the ticket.
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced unless proven with valid purchase proof.
3. Passenger Conduct
To ensure safety and comfort for all passengers:
No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal drug use is permitted on any Metro Rail property.
Abusive, disruptive, or violent behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the train and legal consequences.
Audio devices must be used with headphones to avoid disturbing others.
4. Schedules and Delays
Metro Rail makes every effort to maintain published schedules. However, delays may occur due to weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Metro Rail is not liable for missed connections, appointments, or any indirect losses due to delays.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
5. Safety and Security
All passengers are subject to security screening.
Baggage must be within the size and weight limits set by Metro Rail.
Items deemed dangerous or prohibited (e.g., explosives, flammable substances) are not allowed on board.
Emergency exits must be kept clear at all times.

7. Refund and Cancellation

No refund will be issued for missed trains due to late arrival.
